Solution:
Relative pronouns such as "which" can either be singular or plural depending on the antecedent - the words to which they refer. For example, the first sentence is correct if the antecedent (in this case the crew) refers to one member. However, the second sentence is correct if the antecedent refers to more than one member of the crew. Because the number of crew members leaving the job site is unknown, both of the sentences are correct.
