What is the Correct Solution?” on February 22 at the Holiday Inn Mission Valley
Stadium in San Diego.
The seminar will discuss the various remedies and options available when facing a contentious lot line location or an undeterminable boundary line. Applicable statutes and recent case law will also be discussed. The function of the certificate of compliance and the record of survey with regards to lot line adjustments and boundary line adjustments will be discussed as well.
Presenters include Timothy D. Principe, attorney, Frank Green, title officer, Michael Pallamary, PLS and Dave Woolley, PLS.
The seminar costs $65 if payment is received before February 15. After, the cost becomes $90. For three or more registrants from the same organization, it’s $55. All proceeds will be donated to Rady’s Children’s Hospital. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
