Richard Bussell, PSM, Joins Miller Legg's Miami Office

MIAMI – Richard Bussell, PSM, senior surveyor and mapper, joined Miller Legg, a statewide multi-disciplinary consulting services firm. Mr. Bussell will serve as a senior surveyor overseeing continued success of the firm’s extensive surveying efforts in South Florida.
Prior to joining Miller Legg, Bussell served as the assistant district right-of-way surveyor for the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) District 6 for more than three years. During his more than 40-year career, he has been responsible for multiple aspects of transportation and public sector projects. Bussell holds an Associate of Arts degree from Indian River Community College, and also attended Palm Beach Community College and the Florida Institute of Technology. He is a past director of District 3 of the Florida Surveying and Mapping Society (FSMS), and past president of the Indian River Chapter of the FSMS. Since 1985, Bussell has been an adjunct faculty member at Indian River Community College.
Miller Legg is a 46-year-old multi-disciplinary consulting firm with offices throughout Florida, specializing in surveying, Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), engineering, planning, landscape architecture, environmental services, and Geographical Information Systems.
