Nominations must be submitted to the ASPRS OTAA Committee no later than November 1, 2011 to be considered for this year’s award. Self-nominations are allowed. The achievement must be recent, but need not occur within the year prior to the award as it is recognized that the significance of critical contributions may not immediately become evident.
The OTAA Committee, a panel of judges composed of the ASPRS President and the Directors of the ASPRS technical Divisions, will convene to critique each nomination, with the final award winner to be determined by mid December.
For complete information on nomination requirements and the rating guidelines to be used by the judges, please go to www.asprs.org/Awards-and-Scholarships/Outstanding-Technical-Achievement-Award.html.
