CityScape Engineering and Surveying, PC (CityScape) is a full service civil engineering and land surveying firm.  Located in East Hanover , NJ, the firm provides services for the urban developments as well as for the public sector.  CityScape recently became certified by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey as a Woman Owned Business (WBE) and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE).  The company is also pre-qualified by public agencies such as the New Jersey School Development Authority, and New Jersey Turnpike among others.

CityScape shares the same upper management team with Matrix New World Engineering, Inc. (Matrix). Matrix was formed in 1990 as a primarily environmental consulting firm serving a small base of clients.  Today, Matrix is the largest woman-owned engineering and environmental services firm in the northeast United States and provides civil, environmental and geotechnical engineering and oil spill and survey services in the northeast.  The company has expanded into Phoenix, AZ and has satellite offices in the Gulf of Mexico region.
