I just opened up a check print for a boundary line adjustment-one owner owns all lots-
3 long skinny lots re-configured as 3 lots 2 up front - one in the back with a "30 foot access and utility easement" from the street to the back lot. and a "20 foot sanitary sewer easement for the existing bleep of bleep sanitary sewer".
there are 3 notes written in red by the planner alongside the access easement
"a) foot and utility easement does not allow vehicles???
b) owner can give self easements
c) can't have a landlocked lot ##"
