HOUSTON, May 20, 2010 – UniversalPegasus International has become the major shareholder in Integrated Pipeline Projects (IPP), which is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  IPP will continue to be led by IPP Managers Tony Griffin, Ron Curle and Dave Julian.  The company is a Canadian pipeline engineering and project management firm which specializes in the execution of complex multi-disciplined pipeline projects with broad experience in oil and gas transmission pipelines, projects through difficult terrain, and permafrost.  IPP personnel have been involved in the pipeline industry within North America and internationally for more than 35 years.

Tony Griffin of IPP states “With this enhancement to IPP, we look forward to continued growth, and opportunities to offer expanded services to all our valued clients”.

UniversalPegasus is the largest pipeline engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) firm in the United States and offers a complete set of pipeline professional engineering services.  “ We have worked closely with IPP for the past year and a half and are very pleased to be able to increase our equity participation in what we believe is the premier Canadian Pipeline Engineering firm. The addition of IPP solidifies the position of UniversalPegasus as the Western Hemisphere’s largest pipeline services company and greatly adds to our capabilities in Arctic, cold weather and difficult mountain pipelining.” states Jerry Fee, Senior Vice President of UniversalPegasus with responsibility over Alaska, Canada and Latin America.
