Next door neighbor

Finishing a two-part survey today (once before and once after the manufactured house is moved in) and the annoying next door neighbor popped up while I was reviewing my files. I didn't hear him walk up until he asked if he could help me. I don't even know if he is supposed to be on the property but he decided it was his job to keep an eye on me today. I decided if he wants to follow me around the mobile home, I'll let him follow me. I circle that thing 4 times before I got all my measurements. He was a real trooper and faithfully lapped the house behind me. I made sure all my paperwork was finished before I pulled out of the driveway. He got in his truck and was waiting on me to leave before he would leave.
