Are any of you familiar with any legislation regarding the wholesale destruction of property corners by a State or State contractor? I'm thinking of something like a State road widening where a few miles of front lot corners are destroyed by the construction. Is there any responsibility to monument the new lot corners after the right of way taking? Keeping in mind the old tenet "you don't set front corners from back corners", what are your options?
