Elmwood Park, NJ – Langan Engineering & Environmental Services announced that Karl Pehnke, one of the region’s most respected and accomplished transportation and traffic engineers, has joined the firm as an Associate. Pehnke, formerly a Principal and Director of the Transportation Division of CMX, has nearly 25 years of extensive traffic engineering, parking and transportation planning experience throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
