A right of way was given by Party A to Party B in 1974. In 1976 a right of way was given by Party B to Party A, in that deed was this clause:
"The right of way herin granted are being in exchange for the right of way given to Party B by Party A in 1974."
Intersested in what some of your takes are to this clause.
