Hey, I just started my company (Precision Layout Services)in November, and so far have only done 3 jobs: one 2 mile sewer line, and a water line and a storm line. I want to bid on a parking lot, but have no Idea how to bid it. I thought I'd ask the Jedi masters of the survey world for some help.
