Saw back machete review
I carry a bow saw (when I think I might need it) but not a machete. I think I could use both but don't want to pack anymore than necessary. I need the saw more than the blade but if it's a good compromise I'll get one. It's only bout 20 bucks, wouldn't be a total loss if it doesn't work that well.
A bow saw is not the easy to pack (safely) but will whack an 8 inch tree to get GPS view of the sky (when nessecary).
