Norton

Posted By RANDY HAMBRIGHT on 1/12/2010 at 3:58 PM

My Norton is about to run out again and wants some more money for another year.

They have already tried to charge a credit card I no longer have.

I have run Norton for several years and have never had any problems that it could not cure.

Anyway, a couple of questions.

What free program do you use and why?

I have AVG on a seldom used computer and I guess it works fine, I have heard of Avast free, but have not looked into it.

How hard is it to completely get rid of Norton?

Just trying to save a little change, if I can.

Thanks,
Randy
