Do you guys think the days of a a good crew chief are over?
There once was a time where a great cc could go where he wanted and demanded a certain salary.
I made the move to inspection because I think more & more companies began using what I call "Point Chiefs" to push buttons and drive stakes. I think most companies are happy with glorified I-men doing the job.
Just wondering what you guys think?
