Interesting issue that was discussed today.
Say you have a 20 ac. parcel with a wagon road running completely through it. Years go by....the county does an improvement project and picks up some r/w along the road (not an easement). This r/w cuts completely through the parcel, leaving a 100' wide portion along the r/w.
Is there any case for that 100' wide portion becoming a seperate legal parcel?
