Des Plaines, IL – The 16th Annual California GIS Conference (www.calgis.org) will take place in Huntington Beach, April 18-21, and the conference committee is pleased to announce the two keynote speakers for this year’s event.  James Fee, GISP,  evangelist for WeoGeo (www.weogeo.com), will deliver the keynote address on Monday, April 19.
