What are the key words for determing if a NGS Bench mark is dependable for horizontal and vertical control? For example BH1372 has an elevation of 4.5 meters and 15 feet which doesn't compute. I am getting 14.21 feet or 4.33 meters on a network solution. I notice some other bench marks where the feet versus meters doesn't compute. They were all retrieved by lising "GPS Sites Only". When I retrieve the bench marks "Vertical Precise GPS Only", some of the sites say they are not suitable for GPS? Many of the "Vertical Precise GPS Only" look like the horizontal coordinates were scaled?
