Lets say a good client of yours, design engineer, calls and says "I needs a price for an ALTA topo, and another price for Boundary topo(no ALTA)." Property was surveyed 3 years ago, client sent a good plat and title legal with three easement exceptions.
Lot is ONE (1) acre of vacant, commercial, no trees, no brush, no building... nothing but dirt and grass, cut grass. +50 ft off all property lines for the topo? +All utilities need for construction.
What is your difference for ALTA+topt vS. Boundary+topo? total price for job or not... what is the diffrence$$$$?
