Topo 30 acres with a 2 foot contour interval. 11 acres (of the 30) is in woods. about a third of the site consists of several large buildings and parking with sidewalks and curb/gutter. The rest of the site is in grass fields. Max relief is about 50ft. Site boundary is almost a perfect rectangle. Help me out here. I quoted a price and was ripped to shreds by a lowballer. Consider this helping to educate this particular lowballer as I intend to use the information to do so. Thank you for your help. Will post later with my price and lowballer price.
