Janette Fernandez Arencibia, a civil engineer, has joined Biscayne Engineering Company in Miami as a Vice President. A Miami native and graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Mrs. Arencibia brings with her several years of experience in storm water runoff, water and waste water management for both the public and private sector.

She will be marketing services to clients and active in the development of design, permitting and construction phase assistance of various types of projects. Some of which include utility design, roadway design, site design for institutional healthcare projects and several park projects.

Betty Ferrer and Mike Bartholomew, senior officers of Biscayne Engineering made the joint announcement and stated that Mrs. Arencibia is a welcome addition to the staff and expressed great confidence in her engineering skills.
