Christine got a letter from a land owner. A Mister Bill who asked some pointed questions and I believe Christine is also wondering about those questions.

She brings up two key issues which were debated during the Pipe vs the Stone.

Are we following in the footsteps of the original surveyor or following in the footsteps of subsequent surveyors and why the difference in our results in our decisions?

And are we supposed to show disharmony with a survey or to provide a means to solve whatever problems we might find?

She has been fishing for a really good question and I think she has found one this time.
