MoreI am looking at a plat I plan to use as a reference for a survey on the neighboring tract. The Certification has the following language
"This survey was prepared at the request and for the exclusive use of ___________. This is to certify that this map is made in accordance with local ordinances and minimum standards".
Now the best part.
"This certification is specifically restricted to the client for the required subdivision of property only, and does not extend to third parties unless the plat is property revised by the certifier to reflect same."
What does this last sentance mean and can I use the information on this plat?
