I thought about posting this under humor..
An insurance company just told me that she is going to file a complaint with FEMA because I won't release a 7 year old flood certificate, done by the previous owner of my firm. Not to mention the Zone and Datum have both changed recently, along with all the other requirements...
Does she think I am some kind of public agency? I have a very minimal field visit fee for an update, but she has already wasted more of her billing time calling me.
Anyone else had a call like that? According to her, she can take the new pics and do some kind of mash up with the old certificate..
