Biscayne Engineering Company in Miami, Florida announced it has added to its professional staff, Richard J. Lemoine as Survey Supervisor. George Bolton, president of Biscayne made the announcement.

Lemoine is a surveyor who began his career in 1957 while in the U.S. Army. He worked in New Hampshire and Texas before moving to Florida in 1986, and to Miami in1988. Lemoine is certified by the Institute for the Certification of Engineering Technicians.

Bolton stated, “Biscayne Engineering Company is fortunate to have Richard join our highly skilled staff of engineering and surveying professionals, and I look forward to working with him. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with him that will greatly benefit our company and our clients.
