I am NOT a registered surveyor. I recently found myself working for the city of Kingsville. One of my job requirements is to locate property irons for citizens.
I want to create a form that any requestors of this service would have to sign. I'm having some difficulty thinking of the appropriate wording for this. Maybe something along the lines of:
"The city of Kingsville does not guarantee the markers that are located are the actual property markers. Only a Texas registered professional land surveyor can make an accurate determination as to the location of a property."
This is basically what I want to say but I'm not sure if this is the best way to put it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -AV
