Colorado Springs, CO - Quux Software has released the Sincpac-C3D v2.8 for Autodesk Civil 3D. This release includes features that dramatically increases the capabilities of the Dynamic Links in the Sincpac-C3D. These Dynamic Links may be used to quickly and easily create items in Civil 3D such as dynamic Station/Offset and Cut/Fill tables. They also allow Cogo Points or Profiles to be dynamically linked to other C3D entities such as Surfaces, Alignments, or other Profiles, so that linked entities react to changes in their “master” object.

The Sincpac-C3D contains a large suite of tools that greatly enhance the capabilities of Civil 3D, especially for Surveyors. Perform dynamic reporting of data, extract flattened linework from Survey Figures and Feature Lines, generate offset points from 3D linework, datum-adjust points using Profiles or Feature Lines, and much more.

Designed specifically for use in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2008, 2009, or 2010, the Sincpac-C3D works entirely on default Civil 3D elements, with no custom objects, so all drawings may be shared freely with others who do not have the Sincpac-C3D. For those who do not need the entire suite of tools, the latest release also features the ability to purchase modules, which contain only a subset of the total functionality.
