Drinking, driving truck into tavern lands surveyor in trouble

Chippewa.com: It was driving a truck into a tavern that got Curtis J. Cummer of Chippewa Falls in trouble with the law.

It was not reporting his Dec. 4, 2006 conviction until more than 13 months later, on Jan. 24, 2008, that earned Cummer a reprimand from a state agency governing land surveyors.

The Wisconsin Examining Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, Professional Engineers, Designers and Land Surveyors took the action March 5, and announced it to the public Tuesday.

The agency said Cummer, 39, does business out of Chippewa Valley CTF, 2909 E. Park Ave.
