I just had my final meeting for a rural 2 lot subdivision. They just now asked me to remove all woods-field lines, a 20' r.o.w that is access to one of the parcels, and all the boundary data that shows how I determined our longest boundary line. They do not like to approve maps with too much unnecessary data on it.
Basically, all you have is a blank plan showing two parcels.
They just put anybody on these boards these days and get what they deserve.
