What method do you use to keep up with your billable time in the office? Whether you are a solo operator or oversee mulitple crews you may work on one job for say 10 minutes or less and then have to see about something on another job and not get back to the 1st one for a while or a client or pospective client comes in and interupts you. At the end of the day how do you keep up with all your time?
I have tried carrying an index card in my pocket but I still forget to use it sometimes.
