Need To Rig Up An 89 Cherokee

Since I take my kids into the field often, I can't put the seats down to have the full back. Any suggestions on how to outfit my Cherokee for field work and still keep it 4-5 passenger friendly. It's either find a solution or trade my Jeep out for a ext cab or crew cab truck or a van... but I love my Jeep!!!
