Just curious what other think of the marketing approach that Trimble has adopted now for a few years - the whole Survey Team thing and Team Trimble, etc.
Full disclosure here, I use Trimble equipment and software and I have for a long time. For me personally, I am not much of a sports fan really, so maybe I just don't get it? If it is working for them, great, but I don't work on survey teams or know anyone that does. I am most familiar with Survey Crews or Survey Parties, each lead by crew chiefs or party chiefs, whichever applies.
Are Survey Teams used anywhere in the US or in other places around the world? Like I said, just curious what others have to say about it.
