an existing PL. I have seen it written "concurrent with the South line of LotX, Block X" Sometimnes "along the South line of Lot X" AND I have seen "concurrent with and along the SOuth line of Lot X"
to me the last seems redundant, since they mean the same thing. Opinions?(need I say THAT, on this board!) :)
