A survey.
A soil scientist goes out and marks the wetlands, while doing so he carries a gps receiver and 'locates' the flags.
He then prepares a map that notes where the flags are in relation to the 'approximate' boundary.
He gives, the map to the client.
What is your opinion? Does this convey or represent a survey?
