Langan Opens an Arlington, Virginia Office

Arlington, Virginia – Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, a premier land development engineering and environmental consulting firm, has announced the opening of a new office in Arlington, Virginia. The latest Langan office will provide the firm’s integrated suite of geotechnical, site/civil, and environmental engineering services to developers, property owners, architects, and corporate clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region.

The new Langan office is at 2300 Clarendon Blvd, Suite 711, conveniently located at the Arlington Courthouse Metro Station. The firm has worked on several development projects in the region, including Turnberry Tower in Arlington, where Langan performed comprehensive geotechnical and environmental engineering for the 25-story luxury high-rise condominium.

“With prosperous offices in key locations throughout New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, and Florida, our Virginia office allows us to service clients and projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region and will strengthen our presence along the entire eastern seaboard,” said David T. Gockel, President/CEO, Langan. “At the same time, by bringing our unmatched combination of integrated services and our client-responsive culture to the greater DC market, we expect to set a new standard of excellence among consultants in the area.”

Langan’s Mid-Atlantic office will be led by Ryan C. Linthicum, P.E., an Associate who has managed multiple major projects in the New York Metropolitan area during his 11 years with the firm.

Langan consistently ranks among the Top 5 Best Engineering Firms to Work For by Civil Engineering News and ranks among the top 20 Green Design Firms by Engineering News-Record.
