M.E. Duff Jr. hunched over a black-and-white surveyor's map, running his fingers along lines that mark the boundaries of a small office building and parking lot.
At 66, he's been with the small, Norfolk-based surveying business Baldwin & Gregg Ltd. longer than anyone, and the company itself has been around longer than most. The business has its roots in a company that was started 100 years ago this month. ...
