A professional survey at the Davison County site of two 2008 auto wrecks - one a fatal crash - doesn’t necessarily mean a new guardrail will be erected at the location, says a state highway official.
Last week, a state Department of Transportation survey crew took readings where Enemy Creek crosses under Highway 37, the site of a double box culvert under the highway. The survey was a major step in evaluating the site for a guardrail.
