Staking a 6 story building

Boss wants to put in a bid for a six story Hotel. Very confident of my numbers for control, calcs/plan review, grading,curb & gutter, and utilities. The plans call for a one-story building attached to a six-story building. Looks like everything will be laid out by grid lines and the floor plans are the same for the 2nd thru sixth story.

My question is once the initial floor goes in, what do I need to consider as far as time and what the builder may need from a surveying standpoint on the addittional floors.
