announce the promotions of Mark Baker, Scott Delgado, Charles Powell and Matt
Tauscher to Principal.

Mark Baker, CLA, RLA, has been with the firm for over four years, and serves as Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture of the Leesburg office. Mark has 25 years of experience in landscape architecture and the design of various land development projects. His experience includes zoning, land planning and design of mixed-use commercial, and residential projects, as well as state and municipal projects for parks, schools, and universities throughout the Washington metropolitan region.
Scott Delgado, PE joined the firm in 2005 and serves as the Director of Engineering of the Alexandria office. He has over 15 years of extensive experience managing civil engineering projects for public and private clients with a special emphasis on ultra-urban environments.
Charles Powell, LS, a five-year Bowman Consulting veteran who has over 30 years of experience in land surveying, oversees Bowman’s regional land surveying operations in the firm’s Prince William and Fredericksburg offices.
With over 20 years experience in the land planning and landscape architecture fields, Matt Tauscher, CLA, RLA, is the Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture of the firm’s Alexandria and Fairfax offices. His design and project management experience encompasses a multitude of land development projects including commercial, institutional, recreational and residential project types throughout the Washington metropolitan region.
As principals, Baker, Delgado, Powell and Tauscher will be actively involved in the firm’s strategic operations.
