When describing a curve either in a plat or written description, how much information do you provide?
Of the five items: Radus, Tangent, Central Angle, Length of Curve and Chord, I was informed by a fellow RPLS that a minimum of three were required to solve a curve. I am fairly certain you only need two.
Any thoughts or comments.
