This was the ugliest deposition I have ever endured.
What I learned: never bring your entire file. The opposing attorney will rifle through every detail of your file in search of some trifle he thinks might think its useful to him, and you will be there for several hours explaining every bit of chickenscratch he thinks is going to be useful to him.
