Lot's of stuff today but I'm watching this story on our local news. I got word of it while I was at a HAZMAT class this afternoon.
It was not one of our crews but the trench was very deep it seems. He is still alive at this point. I can't imagine how.
Tons of rescue workers and many specialists from OKC and Fort Sill are on site. Just down the road from my house.
I hope for the best for him.
Man Buried in Trench Collapse
I had some battles this morning on our GIS stuff but incidents like this puts things into perspective for all of us that work in a dangerous occupation.
Trench workers, surveyors, firemen, and many others.
I hope he makes it.
