I'm in need of a storage building for my records, I need about 1,000 ft. I'm looking at just a garage or pole barn type building, but would have to somehow ake it mouse proof. I have plenty of land for it. I have a nice home office with its own bathroom and entrance, but not enough room for my records.
Any suggestions?
