Philadelphia-- Pennoni Associates, an award-winning consulting engineering firm headquartered in Philadelphia, is pleased to announce that they have been ranked as a Top 75 Architectural/Engineering/Construction Management Firm by Public Works Magazine. Pennoni has received this honor for four consecutive years.

Listed in alphabetical order, the firms were announced in the July 2008 edition of the magazine. As a service to their readers, Public Works Magazine published its annual list providing information about the most important AEC firms in the country. To gather the data, the magazine's editors sent out two surveys: one to AEC firms across the United States that work with public entities and one to readers who work for public works departments.

"We are excited to once again be recognized as one of the leading public works engineering firms in the nation," stated Pennoni President and CEO Anthony S. Bartolomeo, P.E. "Founded more than 42 years ago, our practice has thrived by serving both the public and private sectors of our economy. We pride ourselves on improving the quality of life of people and communities by designing basic infrastructure such as roads, bridges, water works and waste management systems. Pennoni looks forward to our continued success in participating in the upgrading and development of these man-made national resources."

With over $93 million in nationwide billings, Pennoni Associates, an 835-person firm with 20 offices throughout the eastern United States, has rapidly increased in capability and expertise over the last 5 years. Pennoni provides a wide range of professional engineering services, including civil engineering, water/wastewater, transportation, underwater inspections, environmental, inspection and testing, land surveying, site design and landscape architecture, mechanical and electrical, geotechnical and structural engineering.
