I am monumenting a subdivision with 3" brass monuments at all street intersections (asphalt surface). I've never set these- any recommendations on setting them is appreciated.

I'm thinking of drilling a hole, filling with a cement or epoxy and then tapping in the monument.

No snow plows down here to contend with.
