If you got the latest edition of POB magazine, check out the help wanted page (the ad in the center column at the bottom of the page). They are advertising for subcontract field crews, NO LICENSE REQUIRED?
Is this practice accepted in some states? I know it is illegal here in Florida! I can't imagine it being legal anywhere else! And I really was shocked to see the ad in our magazine!
Maybe I'm in left field, but this type of thing could really hurt our profession!
