I was entering a railroad plan into Carlson creating a series of curves, tangents and ROW width jogs.
I took these series of lines and arcs and used NEARJOIN to construct a polyline that represented the boundary.
I then used MOVE & ROTATE commands line up the polyline with the monuments found.
At some point the ARCS in the polylines converted to a series of short line segments. What happened to my arcs?
I guess they were 3D polylines.
