Precision Laser and Instrument Inc., Pittsburgh, PA announced that Kevin Chappell, PLS, PE, CP, has joined its Team as Director of Mapping and Surveying. Kevin brings with him over 20 years of experience in the Mapping and Surveying Industry. Kevin Graduated from The Ohio State University with Bachelor of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering and Surveying. He also obtained a Masters Degree from The Ohio State University in Geodetic Science and Surveying. PLI is looking forward to Kevin’s contributions to the Mapping and Surveying side of their business. PLI has offices in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Columbus, Monroe and Akron, Ohio.
