Dog or cat person?
I never really was either. I’ve had both, but they were outdoor pets and not really part of the family.
As I sit here on the bed reading posts on POB on my laptop, it’s clear that I’m a changed man. The wife and kids are riding four wheelers, so the dogs are lonely.
The pit bull-Lab mix, Fancy, (my faithful companion) is at my feet. Mario, the Jack Russell puppy (anniversary gift to my wife) is in my lap. Meriwether, Jack Russell/Mountain Feist, is on the pillow beside me.
Life is good.
