Ward, PE, has been named a vice president by the land development software company. As such, he will be directing the operations of Carlson College and the Civil Engineering Division.

Harry O. He is a licensed Professional Engineer, a licensed contractor, a member of the Engineering Faculty at George Mason University, is on the P.O.B. Editorial Advisory Board and is a columnist for P.O.B. and Site Prep magazines.
